Senior Quantity Surveyor
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established specialist building envelope sub-contractor based in Portsmouth. The business operates nationally and works for various highly regarded main contractors, with packages valuing up to £20mil.
About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor:
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing projects from estimator handover to final accounts. You will be reporting into the Commercial Manager and will be responsible for monthly cost reports.
Key Responsibilities as Senior Quantity Surveyor:
Sub-contract procurement Cost Management Liaise with clients / sub-contractors Cost reporting Communication upstream / downstream
Key Requirements for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
HNC / Degree qualified Have at least 5 years experience in a Surveying role Have a strong understanding of building envelope packages Be contractually astute Live within a commutable distance to Portsmouth Have the full right to work in the UK
