Senior Quantity Surveyor
Senior Quantity Surveyor focuses on leading the commercial management of multiple construction and refurbishment projects.
What the role involves
- Leading the commercial management of multiple construction and refurbishment projects.
- Manage subcontractor procurement activities.
- Preparing and issue tender enquiries to subcontractors and suppliers.
- Managing subcontractor accounts, valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Design changes, and site instructions.
- Provide commercial updates on project performance.
Skills and requirements
- Minimum 10 years' post-qualification experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor.
- Experience within commercial, education, healthcare, public sector, and non-residential construction projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- HNC, HND, or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline.
