Senior Quantity Surveyor
to work on
high-profile retail and commercial projects , shaping the future of the built environment. What You’ll Do: Take ownership of cost management, budgeting, and forecasting. Manage procurement processes and contracts to ensure smooth project delivery. Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to maintain project excellence. Provide strategic advice on project costs and risks. Lead and mentor junior team members. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in the retail or commercial sectors. A background with a
contractor, fit-out company, developer, or consultancy . Proficiency in using
ConQuest
is essential. Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
