Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager – RC Frame and Groundworks

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 + Package / Benefits

About the Role Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is a need for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Department on projects ranging from £1m - £5m. As the Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of costs with the end goal of maximizing the project profit margin and ensuring delivery of payment whilst developing future client relationships.
Requirements
Demonstrable skills developed with a RC Frame and Groundwork competitor. Degree educated within Quantity Surveying. 5+ years experience with a Civil or RC Frame and Groundwork contractor.
