Senior Quantity Surveyor – Freelance – Residential Developer
This successful residential developer in Kent has an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a freelance basis for a period of 9 months.
For this Senior Quantity Surveyor role, you will be based on site near Ashford, Kent. The project consists of 225 houses and 100 apartments spread over 2 phases of construction. The homes will be part of the affordable homes and key worker scheme.
For this role, you will have the experience for managing all the processes of a Senior Quantity Surveyor such as CVR’s, cashflows, payments, site meetings, variations, and subcontractor management.
You will have been the lead Senior Quantity Surveyor within other leading residential developers and will have a minimum of 7 years of experience.
