They're looking for an ambitious individual to join their close-knit team and progress their career through the ranks.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who has a residential construction background and is looking for a diverse Quantity Surveying position within a company working on high-quality premium developments.

In this Quantity Surveyor role, you will work in Greater Manchester in the experienced Commercial department. In this role, you will oversee the cost control of residential development, conduct Bill of Quantities, take-offs, and monthly valuations through to final accounts. You will also be required to conduct regular site visits.
