A well-respected cost and project management consultancy is looking to add a forward-thinking Senior Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in Central London, Southwark.
The role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a small multi-disciplinary consultancy that has a team of 6 Quantity Surveyors, who complete projects in and around London.
As a company, they cover Prime and Super Prime Residential, Commercial Fit out, and Hospitality projects. You will preferably join with High End Residential experience and support in delivering their Luxury home and Country Home projects, ranging between £4M - £50M.
You will be running projects from concept to completion using pre and post contract skills, and you will also be supporting, mentoring, and helping to develop the junior staff on site.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree High End residential experience MRICS or currently working towards Experience within a private practice / consultancy Strong pre and post contract knowledge Capable of supporting with the management of a team and mentoring junior colleagues Proficient in the use of IT including Microsoft software, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
