Our client specializes in education, health care, residential, commercial, retail & leisure schemes up to £100 million+.

Salary:
£80,000 - £90,000 + package (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities:
Providing commercial support to project team and maintaining commercial information. Monitoring and measuring budget and preparing final accounts. Identifying hazards that could affect the project. Managing applications for payment from subcontractors.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong communication skills. Main contractor experience. Worked on schemes from £80 million+ as Lead Quantity Surveyor.
