£55,000 to £68,000 + car & package An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor with a growing pipeline of projects across North London, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, and Cambridgeshire. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a growing team that provides a wide range of services including ground engineering, building, design and engineering, electrical and mechanical services, and utility connections. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in the business, working on large, exciting projects across the transportation, water, and energy sectors. Responsibilities: Management and preparation of internal commercial reports as required Management of the Cost Reports to the client's team with all relevant contractual documentation Identify and manage key risks and opportunities across a small portfolio of projects Ensure all subcontract & material procurement schedules are prepared and updated Draft subcontract orders including all PSA's Provide support to junior members of the commercial team Support the Managing QS and Commercial Manager where possible Minimum Requirements: A solid understanding of the NEC suite of contracts Previous experience working on civil engineering, infrastructure, utilities, or mechanical and electrical projects Driven, ambitious, and keen to develop Benefits: Starting salary of £55,000 to £68,000 Company car or car allowance (£6,500) 27 days annual leave Discretionary bonus Life assurance Cycle to work scheme, discounted gym membership, and other benefits If you're a Senior Quantity Surveyor keen to explore where you can take your career next, get in touch with Matt Clegg at Gold Group on 01342 330 539.
