We have a client who has been trading for 10+ years as a shop fit sub-contractor within the industrial/retail sector. They have recently started taking projects on as a Main Contractor and delivered a number of new build schemes for a food retailer.
The contractor has recently employed a very experienced Director with Main Contract Food Retail experience. They are looking for a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor who has experience surveying on Lidl projects for Main Contractors.
The role will allow the individual to work remotely with visits to the projects and the office required as and when.
Next project locations:
Birmingham & York; all projects are new builds with circa 38-week build programmes.
Office located in Hertfordshire.
The client is someone I have worked with for over 15 years, very fair and flexible, but will expect a two-way street approach.
