Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Salary: £60,000 + Car Allowance
Location: Stirling
Sector: Timber Frame
Are you an experienced quantity surveyor with a background in leading a team of quantity surveyors? Would you enjoy working for one of the UK's leading timber frame suppliers?
Due to continued growth, our client is looking to expand their commercial function with an experienced senior quantity surveyor. Working on supply & install and supply only contracts, you will be involved in all aspects of contract management from tendering through to final account. Projects are across the commercial & residential sectors, with the core of the projects being in multi-unit & self-build housing.
As a senior quantity surveyor you can expect to: Manage and lead a team of quantity surveyors Deal with all contracting issues Negotiate & agree final accounts with main & sub contractors Issue sub contract payments Attend pre-award meetings with clients and sub contractors Manage & oversee CVRs Work alongside established teams across commercial & operations Review documentation at pre-contract stage We would welcome conversations with quantity surveyors who: Have a background working in a sub contractors environment Can demonstrate a background in managing a team of quantity surveyors Are self-motivated Are strong communicators across multiple teams Possess strong IT skills - specifically MS Office Able to work to strict deadlines while maintaining a high standard If you are interested in this role, please contact ARV Solutions or click 'Apply' to submit your CV for consideration.
