Midlands Senior Quantity Surveyor New Build Housing Due to targeted growth within the Midlands region, an award-winning Residential Developer is looking to recruit an experienced Senior QS to commercially lead a 6-year, 400+ unit development in the Stratford-upon-Avon area. Reporting into a Commercial Director, you will be fully accountable for all Commercial Activities on site as well as building and leading a commercial team below you.
