The Role:
Regen Solutions are currently working with a leading main contractor that specializes in social housing refurbishment, day-to-day repairs, and voids. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in West London. The role will involve working as part of a large team focusing on reactive repairs and voids across a selection of Local Authority and Housing Association clients in the Brighton area. Key Experience:
Our main contractor client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in the social housing sector, specifically working across housing maintenance, reactive repairs, refurbishment frameworks, and voids, with typical commercial and surveying duties. Responsibilities:
Control all expenditure for relevant projects/work streams. Lead a team of junior surveyors. Reconcile cost/value reports & profit forecasts. Onboard subcontractors/suppliers. Ensure value for money & financial assessments. Manage day-to-day cost control, monitoring & reporting. Process subcontractor requests for payment via application & invoice. Attend project & company-related meetings. Ensure timely cash flow management. Maintain & develop professional relationships with clients & customers. Experience:
Ideally, candidates should have 3+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a solid surveying background in housing maintenance. An industry-relevant degree or vocational equivalent is required. If you would like to find out more, click apply and send over your CV.
