Job Description
Our client specializes in property, office investments, hospitality, and construction. The need now exists for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team out of their office in Uxbridge, Hillingdon. You will commercially lead a few projects, including a hotel development, refurbishment of a grade II listed building, and a leisure centre. Our client is seeking candidates that are ideally RICS qualified and come from a general contracting or developer background. It is essential that you have dealt with all trades and suppliers from start to finish, including consultants and warranties. You must have cost reporting and upstream reporting experience, with previous experience on hotel and grade II listed buildings being essential. In return, our client is offering a basic salary between £90k - £110k + full package & bonus.
