The role requires being on site with hybrid working from home where possible. Managing all aspects of quantity surveying Providing accurate and detailed cost management and reporting Ensuring all commercial objectives are achieved across the project Conducting cost value reconciliation and regular cost forecasting Preparing and negotiating subcontract and supply chain management Attending and contributing to project meetings, both on site and in Birmingham Providing expertise in contract management and dispute resolution Maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations
