Do you want to work on SKYLINE changing projects! Join a business with future Liverpool pipeline of works! My client is a large contractor that is well established in the marketplace. Due to an increase in recent exciting contracts wins, they are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team. This project is an exciting mixed-use development which comprises commercial, apartments, homes, and private amenities, collectively valued at around £100 million. The Senior Quantity Surveyor they are looking for will have proven experience working for a main contractor, ideally with some residential experience. They have several requirements across the business working in and around the Merseyside region. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be commercially astute and involved in all pricing works throughout the surrounding areas. You will have site experience working with a main building contractor. As an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have experience working on large new build design and build projects. The successful candidate will be proactive and work on their own initiative while being part of a large team and supporting where needed. To be considered, you need to hold the following: Full experience in delivering JCT or NEC forms of contract Qualified to MSc or BA Hons in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience You will ideally have site experience working for a main building contractor. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to grow within a well-established busy contractor.
