This role will support the commercial performance of all projects within the educational sector of the business. You will provide commercial support to the project managers and surveyors, allowing for the management of projects and commercial risk, ensuring that financial performance is in check.
You will report directly to a commercial director and work alongside the project teams and pre-construction team. On occasion, you will be client-facing.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Support project managers and surveyors in commercial aspects. Manage commercial risks associated with projects. Ensure financial performance is monitored and maintained. Lead on projects valued up to around £10 million.
Qualifications:
Experience with JCT and NEC contracts. Membership of RICS, CIOB, or ICE is desirable.
