• Cut & Carve, Demolition, piling, basement, RC works

Opportunity to take on the commercial lead of this fantastic, challenging project.
You will manage a QS/Assistant QS based on site and be fully responsible for the successful (commercial) delivery of this scheme, reporting into the Group Commercial Director.
It's essential that you have experience on similar central London projects, particularly those on a self-delivery basis.
Up to £525 p/d (DOE) or PAYE equivalent, ideally starting in Jan 2025.
