Blackfox are delighted to be working with a Luxurious Fit out specialist, based in Antrim. They are seeking a Senior QS/Commercial Manager to work in their Factory section of the business. You will be required to manage and direct the quantity surveying function for the factory to attain commercial targets – more details are below.

Key Responsibilities: Receive successful tender documents from the Commercial Department Scrutinise cost breakdowns for every manufacture item required Preparation of project budget for joinery workshop Value and agree the cost of any variations Prepare cost, value and reconciliation monthly reports on each assigned project With regards to estimate build up costs for each element of the work, identify labour, material requirements and source and obtain quotations where applicable Liaise with purchasing / buying for specialist providers Attend internal hand-over meetings Provide feedback information to the Commercial Department regarding tender values vs. actual costs Undertake any other duties and projects allocated, which are within the individual’s sphere of Knowledge, experience or competency
