Oxfordshire My client, a residential developer based out of Oxford who specializes in new build residential houses and apartments in the area, is currently looking to add an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager to their growing commercial team reporting into the Commercial Director. The ideal candidate would have more than 7-10+ years’ experience with a top UK residential developer on a permanent basis, working on multiple residential new build projects from inception to completion. In return, my client can offer a competitive salary (DOE) plus a package and career progression within the company as they are well known to retain staff. My client is ready to offer interview dates soon with a start date within 6 weeks depending on notice period. A degree/masters in Quantity Surveying is essential.
