Provide day to day guidance to the UK Business to deliver sustainable growth within the UK by strengthening organisational talent, culture and capability. Organise and attend regular meetings with key managers within the assigned Projects and UK Branch to ensure workforce analysis and resource planning is effective. Assist with all staff recruitment. Ensure the group in-house system MyHR is continually in alignment with the UK Branch. Maintain strong relationships with all hiring managers - create the recruitment brief and aid in the collation of regular reports/updates to the senior recruitment partner as requested. Assist with the full recruitment cycle including final interview(s) and hiring decision. Liaise with the appropriate team ensuring full employment checks are carried out when appropriate. When the hiring decision is made and the Employment Notification is fully approved, communicate effectively with the P&C and Recruitment Admin Teams to ensure prompt offer documentation is issued. On confirmation of acceptance, communicate effectively to ensure full onboarding is initiated. In the week immediately preceding the start date, confirm that onboarding is in place. Represent the Recruitment Manager, where assigned, in meetings, at working groups and with stakeholders both internally and externally. Proactively research and identify best practice initiatives and deliver as appropriate – maintain an awareness of external/Group initiatives and take steps to introduce or tailor for the UK as required. Attend relevant seminars and courses to ensure continual personal and professional development (e.g. legislation changes, employment law). Ensure P&C Department’s contribution is strategically business relevant and aligned to commercial goals. Qualifikationen

Proven recruitment experience with a track record in developing and implementing innovative people management solutions at operational, tactical and strategic levels. Comprehensive track record of managing recruitment within a company structure. Excellent Microsoft Office skills. First-hand exposure to recruitment in a commercially oriented business within the construction/civil-engineering sector. Wir bieten
