The Role: The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and activity for assigned functions across the EMEA region, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The role partners with HRPB's and hiring managers across all levels of the business to ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills who can build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
What you will do: Talent Acquisition Strategy:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various functions. Full-Cycle Recruiting:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize diverse sourcing methods such as LinkedIn, social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events to identify potential candidates. Stakeholder Management:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide expert advice on recruitment best practices. Interviewing:
Conduct thorough and professional interviews, providing a positive candidate experience while assessing skills, cultural fit, and potential. Pipeline Management:
Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Employer Branding:
Promote Kao as an employer of choice by developing and implementing employer branding initiatives. Data Analysis:
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and adjust as needed. Compliance:
Ensure recruitment practices comply with legal requirements and company policies. Mentorship:
Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters and HR team members. What you will need: Fluent in English and German to business level. Minimum of 5-7 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or agency environment. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Must be highly organized (i.e., time management, multi-tasking, priority setting, etc.). Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics. Strong collaboration and relationship building/management skills are essential. Must be able to work in an ever-changing, dynamic, matrix, and fast-paced environment. Self-starter who is flexible and has a strong drive for results is critical. Attention to detail and strong project management skills are a must.
