The Job Role:
Working as a 360 consultant
Business development and selling our services B2B
Building client relationships
Visiting clients and managing their accounts
Resourcing candidates using our in-house database as well as popular job boards
Conducting face-to-face interviews with candidates
Successfully placing the right people into the right jobs
Requirements:
Sales experience preferred
Experience in dealing with people face to face or solid customer service skills essential
Commitment to providing a first-class service to our clients and candidates
A self-assured, confident, and outgoing professional who is committed to learning and succeeding
Confident personality and ability to talk to people at all levels
A self-starter with a motivated and tenacious approach
An engaging personality – a positive attitude and a great sense of humour are key!
A full UK driving licence or currently learning to drive is essential
