Senior Recruitment Consultant required for a growing Construction Recruitment company in

Canary Wharf . The role is to take over a warm White Collar Construction desk recruiting permanent commercial roles such as Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Director in London and around the UK. In order to apply for this position please check that you can commute within 45 minutes and you are happy to come to the office 4 days a week. The business focuses on White Collar Construction in the UK and is also expanding into the USA and other international locations. The Role

This is a 360 recruitment role hiring into White Collar Construction in the UK. You will be hiring roles like Site Managers, Architects, Project Managers, Supervisors, Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors, essentially anything senior in a construction life cycle that is skilled and office-based, not a trade. This involves hiring permanent professionals on salaries ranging from £40k to £100k into UK-based companies. You will be responsible for working with existing clients and acquiring new clients. You will be required to attend site visits, visiting construction sites to meet clients and discuss their needs and projects. Key Selling Points

The company is backed by a recruitment investment group with millions to invest in their businesses, providing immediate growth opportunities. 10% commission up to £50k (for the half-year) then 30% on everything over £50k. No threshold or desk fees. High earning potential with warm roles to work on from day 1. 4 days a week in the office and 1 day from home. Requirements

Ideally, you will have 3 years of construction recruitment experience and be looking to start building your own team within a year. You will need permanent White Collar Construction recruitment experience. You must have a strong interest in personal and professional development and be open to training courses at all levels.
