You will be joining a tight-knit, yet dedicated team of recruiters who cover the following sectors: Building Construction Civil Engineering Highways & Infrastructure Utilities (gas, electrical, telecoms & water networks) Our offices are based within seconds of East Croydon station and just a few minutes to West Croydon Station, so have excellent transport links with Overground, Trams and Bus networks accessible from all over London. If you are driving in, we have private parking options, so all bases here are covered. Yes, this is an office-based role but please do rest assured, we have a number of practices in place to help keep everyone safe and Covid-free including socially distanced work stations, regular cleaning of desks, hand sanitisers etc. Your new role: You will be joining Calco to head up a warm desk covering the Utilities sector, so experience recruiting within this sector is vital. As a Senior Recruiter with previous recruitment experience, we will not bore you with listing all the day-to-day duties required of you, but a working day typically involves (of course not limited to): Sourcing talent (using our extensive database, LinkedIn and other tools) Building, nurturing and maintaining relationships Working closely with clients to assist with their recruitment needs What you’ll need to succeed: In order to succeed and excel in your role here at Calco, you will need to be focused, target-driven, resourceful, and passionate about recruitment! We are looking for Recruiters who are ambitious – your career and earnings are in your hands, Calco will give you the tools and you will need to be dedicated and work hard and you can see yourself achieve promotions, pay rises, bonuses.
