We specialise in placements within Biopharmaceutical Operations, covering disciplines such as Manufacturing, Technical Operations, Quality & Regulatory, and Business Development. Over the last three years, we have laid the foundations for something truly extraordinary. As we enter the next phase of our growth plan, we are searching for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to help support our 50+ live vacancies and expand further growth into new areas of the pharmaceutical sector. We have recently moved into a brand-new, spacious office that will support our continued growth. This space is perfect for a motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant who will have the opportunity to build and lead their own team as part of our expansion strategy from day one. We are a small, entrepreneurial team that prides itself on its flexible, collaborative, and dynamic working environment. This environment gives every employee a voice and opportunity to shape our business. Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of biopharmaceutical clients. Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit with client organisations. Stay up to date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry news to offer consultative advice to clients and candidates Prepare candidates for client interviews, offering detailed feedback and guidance throughout the hiring process. Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and repeat business. Work closely with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with business development goals and new sector expansion. Actively identify and attract top talent through networking, headhunting, and using various recruitment tools Experience/Qualifications: Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally in the life sciences or pharmaceutical sector. Strong business development skills with a client-focused approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
