The ideal candidate:

An experienced recruiter / headhunter (in-house or agency) with a passion for headhunting top-tier talent and delivering a best-in-class service. A proactive and highly self-motivated individual who thrives on flexibility and autonomy. You must possess a genuine passion for recruitment and connecting talented people with their ideal role. An exceptional communicator and relationship builder. A positive, friendly and collaborative personality. Someone with an existing client base, or at least a strong local network of connections and potential future clients. To be considered for this role, you must live within a commutable distance to our Fordingbridge office.
