If the answer is no, then thanks, but perhaps give this a miss. If your answer is yes, then please do read on, as you could be the ideal Senior Recruitment Consultant to help lead our Industrial, Manufacturing and Warehouse division, in Paisley, Renfrewshire.

What you get from Stafffinders

Highly competitive salary of £30,000 to £35,000 d.o.e. Achievable and competitive individual bonus opportunities. Regular personal training and external professional qualification opportunities. Time in lieu. Birthday day off every year. Length of service benefits such as extra days' holiday and private healthcare. Support from our dedicated Marketing, Business Development and Innovation & Automation departments. Paid volunteering days. Cycle to Work and Tech discount scheme. Regular social events. Autonomy in your role.

And we aren't done yet… Listening to our colleagues and letting everyone share their ideas is also extremely important. We offer a supportive and collaborative team culture and are always open-minded to new concepts and suggestions for the business, allowing everyone's creative juices to flow.

Who are Stafffinders

Stafffinders are Scotland's longest-running, independent, family-led business, very much at the forefront of temporary and permanent Scottish recruitment for over 50 years. Our values and ethics are in line with our family background, a trait we continue to carry throughout all business operations.

Despite our age, we are a modern, technology-led business, providing our consultants with all the cutting-edge tools to be successful. Our dedicated in-house innovation & automation department are consistently creating new advancements, whether it be to remove the mundane, time-consuming admin tasks from your day, or helping with candidate sourcing, job advertising and business development.

With contemporary offices, situated West and East Coast, we cover the whole of Scotland and beyond, focusing on a variety of recruitment divisions, in both the permanent and temporary markets. We also work closely with both community and charity organisations, raising awareness and funds for charities such as MND Scotland, RAMH and this year's chosen partner, Alzheimer's Scotland.

What we want from you

As Senior Recruitment Consultant for our Industrial division, you will be a fundamental addition to the Stafffinders team, so we're looking for someone with the determination to elevate their career to new heights. To succeed in this role, you should be commercially savvy, outgoing and adaptable to changing client requirements, whilst always willing to pick up the phone and get out and meet people. Being a senior role, you should have a want to mentor the junior members of the office, equally taking as much pride and satisfaction in their success, as your own.

Most importantly, you need to be an ever-ambitious individual who has grown and developed a successful career in recruitment, with the desire to smash targets (and make great bonus!).

In terms of experience, you will need to have experience working within a recruitment consultancy organisation but we are not going to put an exact figure on the number of years. Instead, we require someone who can easily demonstrate, provide evidence and take immense pride in producing excellent results within the recruitment consultancy sector.

Given the nature and importance of the role, this is an office-based position and most definitely requires someone who wants to drive and create sales themselves, not just sit back and oversee proceedings. If this doesn't fit your requirements, thanks but perhaps give it a miss.

However, if you want to be a real difference-maker, we want to hear from you now! Apply now! Please send us an up-to-date copy of your CV.
