Ideally you'll have recruitment expertise and proven experience in areas such as Technology, Transformation, Engineering, Space, AgriTech, IoT or Finance, or maybe another discipline altogether. Most importantly, you'll have a creative, 'can-do' approach and be committed to finding new ways to solve recruitment problems, be innovative and ready to help us re-invent solutions for your clients.

You'll be collaborating with a great team of top-tier consultants and directors, supported by the latest AI and technology tools, and a talented delivery support team working remotely across the UK. Working with some existing clients to leverage and grow those relationships, you'll also have a primary focus on growing and delivering on new business areas and clients.
To succeed, you'll be a great networker with a focus on developing your personal and business' brand in your sector, building visibility and new client and candidate relationships. A natural communicator, attending industry events and networking within your business communities are all key parts of the role.
