Up to £32k per annum DOE plus commission, no threshold, 8:30-5pm Monday to Friday
DC Personnel is a recruitment business in Leicester specialising in the Industrial, Engineering and Commercial sectors. We are hiring an Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Leicester in the new year. You will come with Industrial temp experience as you will be developing and building on an existing temp desk. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in Recruitment and developing sales strategies to convert new clients.
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Create new business opportunities for the Industrial division by conducting effective sales calls to attract new clients. Sales Negotiating:
Lead negotiations from start to finish. Client Meetings:
Meet with clients, understand their hiring needs, and build lasting partnerships. Offer Management:
Help manage the offer process, ensuring a win-win situation for both clients and candidates.
