They have really overachieved since launching last year, taking on some incredible volumes of roles and clients and could do with a couple more recruiters to help them continue on their upward trajectory. Therefore, they would like to find a Senior Recruitment consultant to who is used to low volume, high margin perm recruitment - be that in Freight or outside of it
They have the right setup for someone who wants to take a giant leap in their career, along with experiencing the rewards that our sector can offer if successful.
What is the job?
You'll join the company and work closely with the other Senior Recruitment Consultants by mapping the market, winning new clients and listening to hiring requirements, as well as completing thorough searches for the appropriate industry professionals.
You will screen candidates that you speak to to test suitability and have regular lines of communication with the hiring managers to amend wants and needs where necessary. You will handle the candidate process from initial screening up to the offer stage, as well as checking in with them periodicially to make sure they're happy. Our average fee for placements is roughly £15k-£22k, so the role can be very lucrative if done correctly.
So, what skills do I need?
Previous experience in 360 recruitment within agency
Ability to work a 10am-7pm working day
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving ability
Great organisational skills
A team player
Computer-literate
Bonus:
Experience within the Freight and Logistics Sector
What's in it for me?
Basic Salary up to £34,000 DOE
