Are you an experienced London based Senior Recruitment Consultant ready to bring your expertise in professional services to a warm desk with the backing and support of the largest independent recruitment agency in the UK? Due to growth, our team based in Holborn is recruiting for a Senior Professional Services Recruiter. The successful candidate will have a track record of establishing relationships with clients that require support attracting experienced candidates from a variety of sectors such as Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering. If you have previously recruited for positions within these sectors, we would love to speak with you! As a Senior Recruitment Consultant with Pertemps, you will: Develop strong relationships with prospective clients within the Professional Services industry. Understand clients' hiring needs, company culture, and strategic goals to provide tailored recruitment solutions. Proactively source and attract high-calibre candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct thorough candidate pre-screening calls and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Create job descriptions and adverts to highlight the benefits and perks of working for our clients’ businesses. Attend client visits to gain insights into how each business works. Requirements +2 years of experience in end-to-end 360 recruitment Analytical with the ability to manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously Commercial awareness and knowledge of businesses that use recruitment agencies Comfortable working in a results-driven environment Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships Demonstrate professionalism and ethical behaviour in all recruitment practices What’s in it for you Salary from £28,000 - £33,000 (dependent on experience) Up to 30% commission on all net perm billings 31 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) increasing by 1 day per year of service up to 29 days 16-week industry recognised training programme Genuine opportunities for career development and progression A collaborative team culture, in a modern office, where your input is valued Perkbox (Discounts at high-street retailers and gyms) Company share save scheme Long service awards Company pension via NEST If you meet the specification and this opportunity excites you, apply today!
