What the role involves

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for US-based engineering roles.
• Develop new business opportunities and win new clients.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
• Source, screen, and place high-quality engineering candidates.
• Meet and exceed individual billing targets.
• Contribute to the growth strategy of the US engineering team.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment (360 consultant preferred).
• Strong track record in business development and billings.
• Experience in engineering recruitment or US markets is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Confirmed role details

• Competitive base + uncapped commission (OTE £75,000+).
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
