Purpose of the role:
Your role is to support candidates and clients within our Science function, operating in line with Jackson Hogg's values and ensuring excellent service is reached at all times.
Responsibilities
Using your experience and expertise to conduct tailored and detailed searches on a number of different platforms, including Bullhorn, job boards, social media and various online avenues in order to build your own database of candidates in your market
Monitoring response/applications received and making sure that candidate's applications are processed efficiently
Conduct effective candidate meetings either through virtual avenues or in person
Manage a candidates interview process which includes arranging, preparing candidates, offering advice and gaining their feedback afterwards
Ensuring a constant pipeline/pool of potential talent to fulfil future requirements for new and existing clients in the Science market
Short-listing and presenting suitably qualified applicants against defined job briefs
Managing the recruitment and selection process by effectively communicating with clients and candidates through the vacancy life cycle including offer management
Identifying, progressing an converting sales opportunities as required
Establishing and agreeing terms of business
Accurate recording of candidate and client information on company CRM (Bullhorn)
Continuously developing your understanding of your market and the disciplines you recruit
Attending network events and positively promoting the Jackson Hogg brand
Consistently meet and exceed agreed monthly financial targets
Meeting and exceeding agreed KPIs as agreed with your manager
Adhering to Jackson Hogg values and mission with particular focus on consistently exceeding expectations and delivering through care, trust and respect
