Pay rate: DOE + commission + benefits

Location: Nottingham City Centre (hybrid-working)
Hours: Full time, Monday – Friday

What will the role involve?
Account management and solidifying client relationships Lead generation and new business activity Attending client meetings both in person and virtually Adhering to Employment Law and internal best practice processes Onboarding new clients and candidates Negotiating fees and terms of business Writing engaging adverts and candidate attraction strategies Working to targets and KPIs Updating and maintaining the integrity of the CRM database Who are we looking for?
We don’t micro-manage here! You will need the drive and discipline required to "run your own desk" Strong commercial acumen and decision-making skills Superior relationship builder with a natural ability to build trust-based relationships Accomplished level of literacy with experience in advert writing and candidate attraction campaigns Active user of LinkedIn and other candidate/client networking tools Sales focused with proven track record of growing market share Recruitment industry experience essential What’s in it for you?
