THE ROLE: An exciting role has arisen for an experienced recruiter, who is looking to take that next step as a leader in Recruitment, to join our extremely successful rec2rec division. With excellent coverage of the market in London, Home Counties, South East, and South West Regions, Aspire Rec2Rec Ltd have seen demand for our services in the north of England soar and are seeking an experienced recruiter to set up a desk/office/branch to service this area. Working from our Hertford branch or working remotely, if based in the north of England, you will be working with warm clients and candidates to service from the offset. Managing and developing Candidates and Client pipelines, you will be required to deal with applications for a variety of roles and be expected to attract talented candidates to your clients. Whilst working with the existing Client database, you will also be expected to develop and attract new business, manage, and build a team around you actively supported by our team of friendly and proactive Directors/Consultants providing you with the advice and support you need to excel in the recruitment world. You will be responsible for: Managing Candidates from enquiry to placement Building/maintaining relationships with Clients with face-to-face meetings Reporting to the Directors on weekly productivity/KPIs Fulfil Clients' needs and expectations Adapt to market changes/influences Building a team of recruiters to service your own area THE CANDIDATE: Will have at least 3 years previous recruitment background Will understand executive search and the recruitment industry Will be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Will be an excellent communicator at all levels Will be a hardworking, driven individual with a desire to be successful Will be a good leader BENEFITS Uncapped Commission Early finish Fridays (4.30pm) Birthdays off Quarterly nights out (if quarterly targets met) Targets for pay rises End of year trip away (when yearly targets met)
