Fully remote role - no smoke and mirrors. Travel to the USA once every 2/3 months to meet customers. Given the platform/mentor, billing circa $400k in year one is totally realistic. Get in early as the company grows - yes this is remote, but the UK arm will still need leaders. Exceptional commission scheme. Work with a proven recruitment leader, who is highly accomplished as both a leader and a biller. What will you be doing?
You will be building a complementary vertical alongside the founder - this will be a BD-focused role, although there are clients to leverage off. Focused mainly on the East Coast market, working with early-stage biotechs, through to companies at the commercial stage. Running the full recruitment lifecycle. Target Profile:
BD-focused 360 recruitment experience in any private sector market. Can demonstrate winning and growing multiple accounts outside of just the boom era 2021/2022. Strong billing track record, with demonstrable examples of progression. Willing to work the US market/hours.
