Key Responsibilities: Business Development:
Identify and secure new client partnerships through proactive outreach, networking, and market analysis. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met with tailored solutions. Candidate Sourcing:
Collaborate with the in-house resourcing team to identify top talent, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies. Recruitment Process Management:
Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job briefings and candidate interviews to placements and post-placement support. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with hot desks and resourcers to ensure seamless operations and efficient candidate placements. Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure all recruitment processes align with industry standards and company policies while maintaining accurate records and reports.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably in the driving or industrial sectors. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates. A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technology, including CRM systems. A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and business development.
