We are looking to hire Senior Consultant/Team Lead recruiters into our Sevenoaks office, in Kent. As a directly client facing consultant, you will be responsible for developing your own client and candidate relationships, originating your own business and contributing to the continued success of your team. Key Responsibilities: Proactively approaching and acquiring new clients. Manage sales pipeline end-to-end. Utilise your developed network, database (Seven20 – Salesforce), LinkedIn Recruiter and other ad hoc networking events for resourcing and headhunting. Identifying, approaching, and acquiring qualified candidates through active sourcing and headhunting. Conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews with potential candidates. Organise interviews, gathering feedback, and be consultative. Ensure database is updated with client and candidate information. Building and maintaining a strong local network through both telephone and personal interactions. Requirements: Proven 360 recruitment experience with a consistent billing record. Driven, self-motivated and strong desire to achieve and exceed targets. Business Development Knowledge of the Financial Services industry / market. Ability to build rapport, find solutions, and adapt in all situations. Passionate about building relationships, both internal and external. Leadership qualities. Results-oriented, target-driven and financially driven. Organised, punctual and takes pride in their work.
