The Role: As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be instrumental in managing and developing high-performing recruitment projects, taking ownership of a warm desk while also expanding our client base. Your key responsibilities will include: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor Leading the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and attracting top talent to managing the interview and offer process Taking a proactive approach to new business development and client acquisition Coaching and mentoring junior team members to support their professional growth Managing high-volume recruitment campaigns and ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients Identifying market trends and leveraging insights to provide expert advice to both clients and candidates Consistently meeting and exceeding performance targets What We Offer: Competitive Salary:
