Responsibilities
Masterfully identify and secure new client prospects within the cybersecurity industry.
Nurture existing and prospective client relationships, understanding their hiring needs.
Conduct insightful client meetings to discuss job requirements and recruitment strategies.
Proactively source, interview, and map out elite candidates within the cybersecurity industry.
Facilitate the recruitment process from initiation to culmination, including candidate selection, preparation for interviews, negotiation of offers, and onboarding.
Represent the business at industry conferences and networking events, establishing the company as a top player in the sector.
Requirements
At least 1 year of agency 360 recruitment experience is essential.
A desire to earn a six-figure income.
Experience in the US markets is advantageous but not essential.
Familiarity with CyberSecurity or related tech markets is beneficial but not obligatory.
