You’ll own the recruitment process from start to finish, showcase your expertise in front of decision-makers, and enjoy sky-high career progression opportunities. What We’re Looking For: Experience : 18 months in finance recruitment or some sort of knowledge in the industry – you understand the nuances of this high-demand sector and can hit the ground running. Talent Magnet : Attracting top finance professionals is second nature, and you know how to keep them engaged and ready to commit. Business Development Pro : You thrive in business development, with the skills and charisma to open new doors, negotiate terms, and close deals. (This is KEY.) Although it will be a very warm desk. Relationship Builder : You’re trusted by clients, forging strong and lasting connections with finance leaders and decision-makers.
