official Workday Staffing Partner , further solidifying our reputation as the number one Workday staffing firm in the U.S. We are looking for dynamic and driven Senior Recruiters to join our team based out of our UK office in Welwyn Garden City, to help propel our business to even greater heights. Responsibilities: Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their staffing needs and delivering Hale’s customized staffing solutions. Acquire new clients to expand Hale’s customer base. Engage with major global organizations across the United States, understanding their specific Workday staffing needs, and delivering Hale’s tailored staffing solutions. Utilise a diverse range of business development strategies to attract new clients, playing a key role in expanding Hale’s U.S. customer base. Work to daily, weekly and monthly targets designed to ensure your success. Connect with clients through video calls and meet them in person during visits to the U.S. Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to US legal regulations and uphold the highest ethical standards. Qualifications: Proven track record of success in the recruitment industry, regardless of sector. Minimum of 1 years of recruitment experience. You'll receive world-class training in advanced sales techniques to build on your current experience, along with in-depth Workday training to position you as an industry specialist.
