Staffright Group in Ipswich are seeking an experienced
Senior Recruitment Coordinator
to join our industrial team. We have excellent tenure in our teams, and this is an unusual opportunity to join our business! This position will suit someone with experience in the recruitment industry, as this role is very much 'hit the ground running'. You will be responsible for running a very busy desk of up to 120 temporary workers from across the European Union, while managing a number of new contracts. It would be useful if you spoke an Eastern European language such as Lithuanian, Polish, or Romanian; however, this isn't essential. This will be a very busy position and will require a certain amount of travel around Suffolk, so it is essential that you have a full UK driving licence. A company car can be provided, along with a fuel card, but a generous car allowance would be granted if you choose to use your own vehicle for work. In return for your hard work, you would be rewarded with an excellent basic salary, market-leading uncapped commission, pension, and free parking, as well as other benefits to be discussed, such as a company vehicle or car allowance. Genuine OTE for this position is at least £40-45k in your first year.
