Nothing too good to be true about this… Our Cyber team are searching for an experienced Senior Recruitment Manager to come take charge and build out our GTM team in order to continue the success of this passionate and high performing team.




The role:

What you’ll be doing:

Taking the lead of our existing team of 2x Senior Consultants and 1x Principal Consultant who are all self-sufficient, up and running, and billing over £300k per year.


While leading from the front, you will be identifying opportunities across the US within GTM and playing a key part in building out our 360 business: pitching to new clients, negotiating terms, and assisting in the delivery to their recruitment needs.


Working closely with our Client Services and Marketing teams, you’ll set up a clear value proposition to target these companies and markets and agreeing the most appropriate client solutions pitch.



The Requirements:

  • A proven track record as a billing manager or team lead, minimum 5 direct reports and evidence of upskilling and promoting in your team.
  • 360 recruitment experience is absolutely essential, as you will be joining client pitches, winning new business as well as playing a key role in identifying/delivering talent
  • Lead by example in all areas, including the ability to work with freedom and responsibility.
  • Juggling several plates will be important as you handle multiple different clients, processes, and managerial responsibilities at any one time.
