Provide leadership, recognition, and supervision to team members as needed, ensuring a supportive work environment. Supervision and Demonstration:

Guide new or less experienced employees by demonstrating tasks and overseeing daily activities. Educational Role:

Maintain accurate, timely, and complete records of service user consultations, in compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures, whether in handwritten or electronic formats. Policy Application:

Apply legal policies related to the identification and support of vulnerable adults, understanding statutory procedures and local guidance. Assess the impact of policy implementation on care delivery. Professional Development:

Pursue opportunities for research and development in nursing practice. Promote the workplace as a learning environment, encouraging continuous learning and the adoption of external best practices. Identify training needs and support staff development. Policy Adherence:

Understand and adhere to all organisational policies and procedures to ensure the safe and smooth running of the service. Safe Environment:

Maintain a safe working environment, protect service user confidentiality, and occasionally undertake additional tasks as needed to support service operations. Requirements of the Senior Registered Nurse: NMC Registered Nurse:

Must hold current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council. Clinical Experience:

Post-registration experience in a clinical setting. Mentorship Training:

Completion of NMC-recognised accredited mentor training, or willingness to undertake the training. Professional Development:
