As the Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards governing the business. You will be working as part of a team responsible for accurately and timely reporting of financial and regulatory information to various regulatory bodies, including but not limited to ICARA, MIFIDPRU 8 Disclosures etc.
What will I be doing? Preparation and submission of monthly regulatory reports for regulated entities in EMEA region. Preparation of quarterly regulatory returns to the relevant regulator in a controlled and timely manner. This will include MIFIDPRU as well as other regulatory returns. Liaise with other departments including Risk, Operations, Front office etc. to follow up issues arising from daily and monthly reporting. Oversee the Firms regulatory liquidity position on a daily basis and monitor its liquid resources against its respective requirements and the subsequent regulatory submissions. Periodically review and recalculate the Firms regulatory liquidity requirements. Prepare and review management information on the Firms regulatory position to be presented at the respective sub-committees. Oversee and contribute to the preparation of various governance documents including but not limited to: ICARA, MIFIDPRU 8 Disclosures, PIB etc. Preparation of monthly capital adequacy management information (MI) to Senior Managers and the Board for the presentation at the Capital Adequacy Committee and the Audit Risk Committee. What do I need to apply?
A qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA preferred). A minimum of 5 years experience working within regulatory reporting. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, including FCA and other relevant authorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and mitigate compliance risks. Ability to work in a confidential and sensitive environment. What's on offer?
