On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for a Senior Regulatory Programme & Execution Director
for a 6 month contract based in the bank’s office on a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office and 2 from home. This role sits within the Program Management Office of the Enterprise Data Management Program (EDM) which is focused on raising the standards for data across the firm to support the usage of complete, accurate and timely data in the firm’s critical business capabilities. Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain the overall EDM regulatory engagement roadmap, working with other workstreams and a multi-disciplinary set of key business and infrastructure stakeholders. Bring consistency, structure, and discipline through a streamlined governance process including status reporting, risks & issues management, and change management. Drive transparency, collaboration, and accountability through active stakeholder engagement by ensuring close collaboration with Remediation teams, group Audit, and Regulatory management. Coordinate the planning and remediation of the portfolio of Regulatory Findings related to EDM. Skills and Qualifications
Extensive experience in engagement with regulatory agencies (e.g., ECB, FCA, FRB). Significant experience in managing a complex regulatory remediation program with Subject Matter Expertise in risk management and controls. Proven leadership capabilities with experience in managing senior stakeholders. Ability to identify risks and issues and escalate them timely and effectively.
