Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior Physiotherapist

to join our client's team in South West England. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing specialist physiotherapy assessment and treatment plans for patients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities: • To manage patients with diverse or complex presentations/multi pathologies and provide specialist physiotherapy assessment and treatment plans. • To maintain accurate and comprehensive patient treatment records in line with CSP standards and local/Trust policy. • To undertake a comprehensive assessment of patients and provide an accurate clinical diagnosis of their condition using advanced clinical reasoning skills and manual assessment techniques. • To formulate and deliver an individual physiotherapy treatment programme based on a sound knowledge of evidence-based practice and treatment options. • To take delegated responsibility from the Band 7 physiotherapist for managing patients with particular conditions and provide specialist physiotherapy assessment and treatment plans. • To assess patient understanding of treatment proposals, gain valid informed consent, and develop comprehensive management plans.

Skills and Qualifications: • Degree (BSc Hons Physiotherapy) or equivalent qualification. • HCPC registration. • Proven attendance at additional relevant professional courses. • Demonstrates effective and adaptable communication skills including written and verbal. • Ability to recognise own limitations and act on them. • Proven evidence of personal leadership.

Salary:
