Senior Removals Specialist

where no two days are the same! Ideally, you would have previous experience in training staff at all levels and be experienced in international and domestic packing, loading, and casing of high-value goods. Role Objective: To deliver exceptional training to both current and new employees in the organisation regarding fine art installation and removal practices, primarily collaborating with operational personnel, technicians, and removal professionals. A specific emphasis will be placed on upholding and enhancing quality standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and creating and implementing effective training programs and materials. 7:30 to 16:30, Monday - Friday Please Note:

This role will be best suited to a driver due to the nature of travel required to 1-2 sites. What you will need: Experience working within a fine art or high-value removals company Experience in creating, planning, and executing training and mentoring for new and existing staff Experience in packing, loading, crating, and casing high-value items Excellent written and spoken communication skills with the ability to inform and advise others clearly Good timekeeping and planning skills and the ability to multitask (handling multiple priorities, managing training schedules, and meeting deadlines and objectives) Proactive and dedicated with an innovative approach to work In-depth understanding of Health and Safety, risk assessments, etc. Ability to conduct regular reviews, inspections, and encourage key development areas.
